I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. The frustrating part was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for handling it, so I kept feeling like I was being passed around instead of getting a straight update.

The site looks fine overall, and it might be totally legit, but I’m the type of person who needs a lot of clear info before I feel comfortable trusting something. I couldn’t really find enough details to reassure me, so I’m still on the fence. Not saying it’s bad, just that for me personally, it could use a bit more transparency.

I liked that they used real examples instead of just reading off slides, because it made it feel like they actually wanted us to connect the material to real situations.

That said, some sections felt like they were moving fast on purpose, maybe assuming we already knew more than we did or just trying to get through the content. I had to replay a bunch of parts to keep up. Not a bad course overall, and the expertise is clearly there, but I do think it could be a little more beginner-friendly.

I really like how easy it is to track my progress. Seeing small improvements along the way makes me feel more motivated and less like I’m just guessing whether I’m doing better. It’s a simple thing, but it helps me stay encouraged...
